Organisers of College events/races on the Cam can download the relevant forms and paperwork using the links below. Please read Appendices K-L before completing the form.

Forms should be returned to the CUCBC Safety Advisor (Tom Davies, twd10) and the CUCBC Honorary Secretary (cucbc@cucbc.org) at least 14 days prior to the event.
